The estate's beach offers lovely sunsets and crystal-clear snorkeling. Take it on the water with Northside's ocean-going kayaks or visit Frederiksted to schedule a scuba-diving adventure.  Wander through the verdant grounds of our six acre estate or rent a bicycle for excursions to other estates and beaches.

Northside Valley is two and a half miles from the small 18th century town of Frederiksted. There are three beautiful beaches within a few minutes walk from Northside and many more along the public coastal road that leads to Frederiksted.   The estate's size and its proximity to lovely beaches make it especially desirable for group events like destination weddings, reunions, and retreats. 

Mount Washington is an 18th century estate that is just a few minutes drive from Northside. Take the self-guided tour and watch out for falling avocados from the trees in the yard.
