Rates are based on four-person occupancy.

Most of the villas offer an outdoor shower in addition to the full indoor bathrooms. These are a simple luxury for both the Northside visitor and Northside vegetation.

Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, cooking and eating utensils, are all provided. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels and flashlights. Northside's natural setting is far away from city lights so it is important that guests remember to bring flashlights to walk around the estate at night.
